Excellent location and decent sized apartment
View was really good as we could see the ocean through the trees but a higher level with a better ocean view would have been great.

Great location away from the hussle of the main drag. Across the road from the Wharf as well as the beach.
Just bad timing, but the property was getting a high pressure water clean, so it was noisy during the day.

The location is perfect.
The following feedback relates to that apartment not the overall property:
Apartment 15
Is a tired apartment
No aircon ( during summer this is not good)
Blinds in main bedroom shows mould
Ensuite was recently renovated
Doors / Cabinets are old and chipped - replacement would be good .
The kitchen opening draws and cupboards gave an old off smell .
