This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed (and I have travelled extensively and stayed in many places around the world.)
The facilities are outstanding. The pool area is a true haven, the gardens are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food is great and the spaces around the hotel tastefully designed.
But what makes this hotel truly special is the team of people that work there. They are incredibly genuine, kind and willing to do anything to make your stay perfect.
I cannot speak highly enough of Mustika and the people that work there.
It is an absolute gem, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

I loved the swim up room along the private lagoon and the shared pools, as well. The top level of the castle pool is a hot tub, although it was not super hot. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed the helpful staff. The location was great, also. It has a bit of history, as it is a former site of the royal baths.
We really loved this hotel. No complaints.

From arrival to departure, we felt like royalty. It was a very relaxing experience with such kind staff and beautiful and calm surroundings. The breakfast was divine! We were also treated to high tea each evening as a part of our club access and a complimentary photo shoot, which was entirely unexpected!
Things to be aware of:
1) If you're staying on a low floor (we were on first floor), there is a strong mildew odor. It was very off-putting at first, but we adjusted to it.
2) The resort is quite far from town and we were there during a local holiday so traffic to get to the city takes a long time. However, we were actually GLAD because it took less time to get to places for tours from the resort because we didn't have to sit through as much traffic if coming from town. Just be aware that you'll be away from amenities like stores and there is no longer an ATM there.

Rooms are spacious and lot of greenery
Service is slow and the hotel is old. Specially the bathroom is old and have issues with drainage in bathtub
