Superb

Room were clean. Hotel staffs are quite friendly. Breakfast was good, includes lots of traditional culinary.. as for the hotel facilities, we didn't have much time to enjoy them due to our activities around Jogja.

The toilet facilities in our room need improvement (though the technician were quick to help). Location a bit far from tourism center. Sometimes traffic around hotel could be a little annoying.

Superb

Super friendly staff, clean, very good location to stay when high season because you wont get crazy traffics. Car parking is limited but valet parking is available 24/7 and quick service. Swimming pool isnt wide but enough to refresh with rooftop experience, but Towels is not always available. Gym available as well but in small room, max 4 prsn. Unfortunately I didn't try the resto but I tried in room dinning, it was okay. Generally, it worth for the rate. And I recomend and like to return back to stay if any chances.

some noise from events on the roof. The hotel is a bit far from the city but they have free transport to the nearby plaza

The room and size of it, quite and clean, beds are comfortable

The shower was broken and was partly fixed (after complain) , at the breakfast is a cappuccino not included and the juice are mainly fake.

The rooms are spacious & clean. But the sky bar is very impressive.

The facility was quite crapped with the rooftop swimming very small. The massage centre is quite expensive compared to the rest of the outlet nearby. The room key couldn't access 1 of the 3 lifts that hotel has.

location is great

the details aren’t clean enough. food wise wasn’t great at all. 25k for a small bottle of water is way too much. ate at the roof top and the food was horrible. there was just some guests and the waitresses was busy talking and laughing to each other. I had to take the menu by myself after 20 minutes sitting with no waitress coming to our table. the day before we checked out the cleaning service didn’t clean our room even when I turned the “please clean” lights on. other than my complaints above, the staff at the lobby are very friendly. I hope the Hotel will improve the services.

Very good

Breakfast was good, different menu everyday. Friendly staff, pool was great, room comfortable and big. Love the live music!!

If the pool could open till 9pm instead of 7pm. Need to update guests with their current situation i.e. signage about live music every night but some night it didn't happen, you won't find out until you go up to the bar.

Nice poolbar, good location for trips to the temples and to Jogja centre.

Cold food at breakfast. We decided to go to the restaurant just behind the hotel, very nice and good food for half the price. This was a la carte so no buffet but really good (and spicy)

double occupancy room should be given 2 keys while check in itself everytime 1 person is stuck in room as lift requires key access
