The location was ideal for getting in to town without being in the middle of the hubbub of the port, nearby is a big supermarket and the Number 3 bus stop. We had a lovely balcony which was very comfortable to sit and have breakfast on, or chill out in the evenings. Obviously the view was just of other houses in the streets around.
The coffee maker was good, and the hotel kindly swapped out coffee pods for premium ones at no extra charge. The bathroom and shower were good. The air con was effective. The bed was very comfortable, and we used the sofa-bed for sitting on or just arranging our stuff. Everything was very clean, the room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and sheets put out regularly. There was a nice welcome pack of food.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. We thought we'd broken the air con but we had just inadvertently left one side of the balcony door open, which the staff showed us (there are sensors to prevent the air con being left on when the doors and windows are open, which is very sensible). Our flight had arrived early, and they apologised for being caught on the hop, we had to wait ten minutes for our transfer.
The front door code lock can be a bit tricky.

Room was clean, had all the facilities needed. It's a good place to stay if you want to be a bit far of all the turist fuss from the port or main road. The shower was alright, AC was working fine and the staff was helpful.
The view wasn't great but giving the fact that the location of the hotel was a bit far from the port we didn't expected much.

Pleasant staff. Room was fairly spacious. Cleaner did a good job each day. Area was quiet at night. Balcony was nice and had a two seater sofa and glass table.
We booked the deluxe double room and it certainly didn’t live up to the idea of deluxe, unfortunately. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable and the bathroom could have done with a bit of paint and general smartening up of the room too would have made it more pleasant. Nowhere to have a shower once we checked out although many properties offer a complimentary shower room for guests who have a late flight. A room was offered at 55 euros just for a shower which we couldn’t afford. Building site directly adjacent to the premises with scaffolding and open space directly above reception area. We appreciated the staff but we would not stay at this property again and would suggest that some indication of the flights of stairs to room 14 should be included in the room description as this made it difficult for both of us to access the room every day- my husband has a heart condition and I have painful knees.
