Our booking changed to an Executive Townhouse (6), at no extra cost, when our original booking became unavailable at the last minute, and we consider ourselves extremely lucky! For us, this townhouse was absolutely fabulous (parents with 2 adult children). The townhouse had everything we needed - upstairs there are 2 separate bathrooms with showers & toilets, a queen bed at one end of the hallway and 2 singles at the other end (or it can be a king bed). Downstairs is the kitchenette, dining table, couches, and a lovely small outside deck with chairs and lots of Piwakawaka (fantails) in the nearby bush ... it was lovely!! With a sick relative in hospital, it's only $9 for Uber trips to the hospital. There are expected quiet periods at this property (10pm to 8am, from memory) but even with a room full of school children next door (hockey tournament) the noise levels were fine for us as everyone respected the rules.
We thought everything was fantastic! Depending on what the normal rates are we'd happily stay there again tomorrow.

Loved the location and that there was everything we needed. Good sized milk and decent products in bathrooms.
Huge space for four adults. Great price. Heaps of places to eat close by. We found it relatively quiet .
Apartments were very warm when we got in, which was nice.
The main bed was a bit hard for my liking. The doors need a good spray of CRC to stop the squeak.
Curtains could be black out in bed rooms
Awesome to have parking over the road but the pricing is a bit weird this is no fault of the apartments.

We stayed for a business trip. Location was excellent, but it also meant a bit of people noise. The master bedroom was against the wall of the entry gate so you could hear people coming and going, but overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay. The rooms were warm, the beds comfy and lots of space.
