Easy access on public transport from the centre, but a feeling of being in a quiet, calm location. Very attentive staff, lovely family room, delightful hotel all round. Thank you

Location is good.
In room there was no ventilation or cooling and therefore it was really hot in summer. Shower had a leakage, only faulty gasket. Room height is quite low also which make room airspace low.
