Great spot and loved our private bathroom, especially our wooden tub/ Onsen for one. Great after that day of skiing/ snowboarding.
Beautiful breakfast Japanese style and their dinners if you book early are amazing.

The accommodation was located in a perfect position, right in the middle of Nozawa Onsen. The traditional architecture and facilities were lovely. We found the service to be excellent, and the breakfast is worth having, especially if you're having a day skiing.
Loved the Onsen and the view from our room.
Would love to see a drying room for your ski gear.

We knew this was a 2 star traditional stay so didn’t really know what to expect but we had lots of space for 4 of us, very cosy beds and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. The onsen was great in the hotel too.

Location is close to Yu road, very close to restaurants and the outside area is charming
1. No heating in common areas, eg corridors. Only rooms and dining areas are heated
2. Tap in rooms of common areas has no hot water
3. No visible sign of hotel name. Very hard to locate the hotel upon arrival
4. No car park, no loading Bay Area. Parking is 10 mins walk away and not free.
