We had a very pleasant stay, and what we appreciated most was how helpful and attentive the staff were—especially Basma. She helped us resolve several issues and arranged an amazing birthday celebration that made the occasion truly special.
Our phone fell into the sea, and the entire hotel team showed genuine concern and helped us recover it. They also supported us with many other details throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and the staff’s exceptional care and cooperation were definitely the highlight of our stay.
Our only concerns were that the pillows were not as comfortable as expected from a five-star hotel, and housekeeping did not provide a bathroom mat or basic personal amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other toiletries normally expected at this level.

My hotel experience was made perfect thanks to AYA and HAGAR from the reception team, and ISLAM DESHA from the animation team.
They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. These wonderful people made me love the hotel and made my holiday truly unforgettable. ❤️
