The location of the hotel is good, the rooms are comfortable, the staff was generally kind.
The apartment we got was very cold, we wanted to start the heating system, but it was not working. When I told the receptionist about the problem, he told me they knew. After that we received two rooms instead of the apartment, these had the right temperature. It was not possible to use to stairs, we had to take each time the elevator, they a have a strange security system. During breakfast when some food went scarce, nobody came with a refill.

The room was spacious, the hotel was not crowded and the location was not far from city center. The lobby avocado bar looked neat and the bartender was kind.
First: the bathroom had not been properly cleaned when we checked-in (including the toilet, with traces of #2) and didn't function properly (the water ran all night at the toilet, without any possibility to stop it and also the sink leaked). The shower gel dispenser wasn't there, on the wall along with the shampoo, but instead they provided small recipients. Second: breakfast was expensive, very poor and wasn't a buffet "because there weren't enough guests at the time". We had to order out of a short list of things, but they didn't even have those (no butter in the first day, no lactose-free yogurt ever, no fruit and the "bacon" was actually 2 slices of some sort of ham, fried). Third: thy spa and the pool weren't available for the whole stay due to "cleaning process in progress" (whatever that meant). The reason we picked this hotel was exactly the pool. Once we booked the room, they should have sent us a message telling us that the pool and spa were unavailable and give us the chance to cancel and pick other accommodation, but they didn't. Fourth: parking at the hotel was RON 96/day which is totally outrageous, given the above mentioned issues the hotel had. Not only they never tried to compensate with anything, but at check-out, they almost charged us an extra parking day...
