We had a wonderful stay at The Square Hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building and has a convenient keyless entry system, so there is no traditional reception or check-in. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Both ladies we met at breakfast were lovely, and they made sure that everything we wanted was available. They were also always happy to help us with any questions we had.

location is good, room is big enough, quiteness inside the hotel
No info is available on booking website that is smart hotel without a reception. Coding system on entry to hotel door is not properly working and need to contact the person on phone every time in last two days. Asking breakfast time in advance as have no tables enough to eat simultaneously. TV coding is terrible, abt 200 channels seen but not accessable mostly. The worst to mention is wifi internet connection, low speed and full of cuttings at all times therefor no tv watching and no net watching possible also, even caanot work properly as need to use my own phone connection. Unfortunately even asked to fix those things, nothing done for improvement so very much disappointed.
