Everything was so amazing, we spend 2 nights in tent option, and that was so so awesome. The location the vibe, the people around, the atmosphere. Just everything everything was so awesome.

Dome was fun and definitely offered an interesting alternative to hostels/hotels.
Beds were comfy and blankets great. We visited in winter (late July) and whilst it was a bit nippy in the dome, the beds were warm.
Fridge was a useful feature.
WiFi accessible across all areas of the site.
If staying in winter you will need to use the wood burning stove and it will take a while to warm up your dome. (We were quite happy for this, but I could see for some people this being as much a negative as much as a positive.)
Facilities are basic but cover the bases.
Location was about 10 minute walk from Caracoles, helpfully passing the supermarket on the way. Others are closer, but it wasn't any trouble walking to/from.
Staff were helpful and responsive to WhatsApp requests. They were accommodating to our request for an early start and kindly put packed breakfasts together for us.
Toilets are outside so in winter a little chilly.
A very minor point - the lighting in the rooms could be brighter. We had a general light (good) and a dimmer light (also useful for keeping on), but was difficult to see all parts if the dome in the evening.

Very comfortable bed!
We chose this hotel for the experience of staying in a dome, but unfortunately this hotel is poorly kept. Old bathroom, with broken things (floor, bathroom closet, mold in the ceiling). The dome itself is poorly kept, needs a lot of maintenance inside... Breakfast is simple. Located around 15 min from Caracoles.

Location is great, plenty of parking. Domos are great!
Bathroom facilities are in need of improvement.
2 of the 3 nights we had no hot water in the shower and the one night we did have hot water it would fluctuate between freezing cold in burning hot.
Not what you need after long days of exploration.
