Beautiful place and lovely staff! We had a room with a view of the llamas which was very entertaining. The breakfast was really good too, with vegan milk options

Aquecedor a lenha dentro do quarto, camas confortáveis, o hotel é todo lindo, decoração linda.

The hotel is super cute - the shared spaces are awesome, the llamas are so cute, and the staff are lovely. Breakfast was good too and it was amazing that there was 24/7 tea + coffee + water! Would love to come back again with friends during any season other than winter!
I was in a room far from the shared spaces and therefore I didn't have wifi. My cell phone reception didn't work inside my room either so being in my room was a bit isolating. Since it's winter the room was quite chilly during the night / in the morning. The only heating source is a wood fireplace. No lotion or tissues in the room so be prepared to BYO!

Staff were so kind and helpful, gave all the information we needed to get sorted in the town and plan our trips, and even allowed us to have breakfast the first morning when we arrived after a night bus.
The atmosphere and decor were lovely, and the cottages were cosy and cute. Very clean with modern bathrooms.
The llamas were so cute and friendly, only wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the pool too.
Better to pay with credit card or cash, this area has a steep charge for visa etc. The staff were very patient while we got sorted though!
