Friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, great interior design of the restaurant!
Nice to have water and tea at all times at our disposal!
From our room we heard everything that was going on outside. Our room Nb. 6 was close to the reception, so also the restroom and we could hear the use of the toilet a lot. The supply for the cleaning was next to ours and we heard everything, from 6 in the morning til the late afternoon.
Even though we enjoyed the stay a lot, we thought everything was a bit pricy. But it's a very touristic spot, so one should keep this in mind.

For what we paid for the room we expected better facilities in in the room, for example kettle un the room, better toiletries like body lotionsnd shower cap.

Everything was perfect. After a month traveling through Peru and Bolivia, this was a real oasis. Staff was incredibly helpful and really nice. The food and drinks were great. The ambiance and peacefulness of the hotel helped us to regain our energy after a long trip through cold mountains. The hotel is clean and incredibly quiet - unlike many hotels throughout our journey, here we did not need earplugs. And since our room was right next to llamas (loved the view from our room btw), we also really appreciated the window isolation that is so rare on this continent - no smell or wind troubled us during our stay. And since our flight from Calama was early in the morning, we really appreciated breakfast to go, that they prepared for us.
If we ever return to San Pedro, we will not even consider other options - this was the best stay during our trip.
