The staff was very kind, our room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, we even got complimentary snacks and AC one time. Super location.
The walls are very thin inwards (you can hear the noises from the corridor).

The location was good, very near to beach. Breakfast buffet was nice and value for money.
In the booking it mentioned in the facilities Air Conditioning, but it didn’t show that it is chargeable. When we checked in we realised AC is not functioning and on asking hotel staff they asked for a payment of 8€. We showed them our booking that here it is no where mentioned but they didn’t agree. We reached out to booking.com and they said that it should not be the case and they will send the mail to the hotel staff. But in the end they mentioned that everyone pays and as we needed it we had to pay. The matter should have been resolved between hotel and booking.com because to the user it doesn’t mention anywhere about it which is not good. Even the hotel should specifically mention it in the Room details and they should not hide it.
Another thing, in the toilet the toilet paper was not replaced with new, there was one in spare but usually the one fitted is also replaced.
