Staff friendliness and attention to detail, size of the room, cleanliness and size of the bed. It was a short but wonderful stay and we stayed indoors on account of the weather, really big and comfortable bed
The aesthetics of the property may be true for some suites but our room was a little less like what I expected. Not terrible, just a little less fancy than what is pictured and advertised.

Breakfast was excellent with super friendly staff. You cannot get better seafront accommodation!
There was a bit of renovations on the go at our room's entrance but it didn't disturb our stay at all.

View is lovely
The mini bar in the room was lacking - not one snack or biscuit available.
Minimal towels in the bathroom - no hand towels - only black face cloths which is unacceptable in a so called five star establishment. The telephone in the room was not working, not plugged in therefore not charged.
The toilet smelt badly of old urine - clearly not being cleaned properly!
