Excellent place to stay a night or three! I was surprised how quiet our unit was, despite the property being located on the main highway. The unit was nice and warm. The owners turned on the heater before we arrived, which made us feel so cozy coming in from the cold. We made ourselves hot chocolate and had the biscuits provided to relax. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make a quick and simple dinner. The beds were most comfortable and we had a great sleep. It's a pity we only stayed for one night, and we will definitely be back!
Parking by some other guests was appalling. There is plenty of parking further along the units, and in the morning we were surprised to see a car parked along the building next to our unit, which made backing out of the actual parking spot a bit challenging. And then we started heading out towards the exit onto the main road, just to find that another guest parked their truck in the accessway, making it impossible for anyone expect a biker or cyclist to go past. Fortunately, it is possible to leave via a back way over another block but this is not ideal and some guests may not realise this option.
