A lovely character property with amazing views. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely remote within the Catlins but with access to Tokanui within 20 minutes and to Bluff within an hour. Excellent stay.

Location was brilliant, close to the places we wanted to visit with a beautiful view.
Outstanding kitchen with heaps of space and all the utensils in good condition.
If there would be a thing, perhaps slightly lower pillows (!) but that is about it!

Location with water views and sunrise can be viewed from the room
There is no sound proofing in the walls at all they are just empty
We were just whispering to each other
As we heard everything next room people was talking- not to mention the Loud television of next door
No cooking facilities
No wash basin in Kitchen
Hot water system was terrible ( room temperature was 5 degrees!!)
