The hotel apartment is spacious, well situated and recommended to visitors, especially families.

Very big apartment, The cleanliness, tranquillity and friendly staff. Ideal family apartment for maximum 6 persons, and very close to Arpico store. We ordered 2 extra soft pillows which we got them and was really extra soft. Kitchen is well equipped. Room service breakfast is possible. The taxi service was excellent also with a host to guide and stay with you for the whole day, this was super nice and we feel very secure with our driver/host Mr. Rizwan. A special thanks also to Dilshan .

Affordable luxury at its very best!

My stay was extremely comfortable. The apartment I stayed in was well appointed. It was clean, quiet, and right in the middle of Colombo. And the staff were incredibly accommodating. I lost my phone on a tuktuk and one of the managers spent two hours chasing the tuktuk, with me on my laptop with “Find my phone” locating the phone. Can’t recommend this place enough. Book it now!

Good location but tired and not clean rooms

Apartment is big and spacious. You have lots of room for everyone, specially for bigger family. Location is good, grocery is just across the road, many good caffees and restaurant are nearby. Also one big park is very close by where you can do morning runs and exercises and playing with kids.

All hotel/house is tired and need bigger repairs. In our apartment furniture was broken in many places. Room cleaning service is not good- dust rollers and spider webs hang from ceilings, the plane of the furniture is dusty, floors are very dusty. Kitchen facilities are poor and pots and pans are very used. I believe that after refreshing it can be very good place to stay!

Everything about the apartment was great!! It was spacious, clean and fully equipped. Highly recommended to both short and long term stays. The staff was very helpful and responsive to all our needs making our stay a very comfortable one. Best location in colombo as it is close to almost everything u need.

The best place for family staying

I was feeling like at home!!! Very cozy and comfortable size of suits plus so clean was actually surprised me cos even in 5 star hotel I never have seen so clean place! Location is convenient ( Supermarket in very close plus who with kids you can walk to the park and not only) night time is very quiet outside). Stuff is amazing! Thank you so much for making my few days so pleasant! From now on I will book this place every time when I will be in Colombo!

The room was cleaned everyday, very spacious. The hotel itself is very close to some of the sights within Colombo.

Not anything that's worth complaining about. Could use an aircon in the gym area that's about it but, who works out on their holidays though ;)
