Отличное расположение и вид из окна. Квартира находится на 34 этаже, на 6 этаже бассейн в свободном доступе, а такде на 5 этаже минимаркет, напртив дома пиццерия и магазин спар, а также алкомаркет. Хозяин постоянно на связи, оперативно отвечает на все вопросы.
В квартре достаточно грязно. Необходим хороший клининг. Также в шкафу лежат какие-то грязные подушки и пледы, которые неприятно трогать. На кухне если оставить продукты, то тут же появляются мошки.

Dirty apartment that do not correspond to the photos.
Unfortunately, nothing.
The host could not help us with transfer, just advised to take airport taxi (not the best solution when you travel with 4 small kids). The apartment looks different from the photos- it was dirty, old and for sure needs slight repair. there were no soap, shampoo or shower gel at all. Though it was specified that there will be three adults and 4 children, bed linen for the sofa was missing. I wrote to the staff and a men brought us a piece of soap, one bed sheet and dirty! blanket (the photo attached). Hopefully we had only one night in that place. By the way, it is very noisy even with closed windows. The most disgusting and uncomfortable state that I ever had. my recommendation to the host is to treat and respect your guests. Make a repair or change the photos, pay attention to the cleaning, including furniture dry cleaning, to supply the apartment with the first need belongings like soap. Hope with this changes in future you will increase your rate.

Great place to stay for a visit to Colombo
If you are looking for a central place to stay in Colombo, then this is an excellent choice. The apartment is in a complex with three towers in the centre of Colombo, excellently located near the popular shops (Paradise Road, Cotton Collection, Urban Island, Odel etc.), close the the central commercial parts of the city (banks etc.) and the restaurants and cafes, all within easy reach by tuktuk (and there is always one available at the exit gate. The complex (onThree20) is known by all the taxi and tuktuk drivers (ask for Union Place, and their first question is "onThree20?"). The complex has its own little shop as well as the swimming pools and gym which are well maintained. The staff in the complex are excellent. And finally the host was brilliant. The apartment was well stocked for self-catering, and very well cleaned.

good location, owner was accommodating with payment options.
poor kitchen equipment, shower drains need to be cleaned or fixed, wardrobe doesn’t have a space for dress to hang. no directions about car parking

The apartment is very modern and clean. Great views and the pool area is very nice. The location is great.
The location on booking.com is incorrect we couldn't find the apartment at first. There is no communication with guests to let them know prior to arrival how to check in, this is not a hotel, it is a private apartment. If we had no local sim we would still be searching for the apartment.
