The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were amazing, mainly Mr. Raju the manager was very humble, he looked after us and other guests really well.

The location and the view
No dish drainer and not many dishes in the apartment

Rooms were spacious. View was amazing. Breakfast was very nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The housekeeping service was very poor. Across our two stays—one for 5 nights and another for 2 nights—our room was not cleaned even a single time. The sink kept dripping water the entire time, and it was never fixed despite our complaints. We repeatedly asked for a pot to cook noodles, but it was never provided. When we asked a housekeeping staff member to empty our dustbin, he simply walked away, saying his shift was over.
