Great breakfast, spacious and very clean room, and very friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station.

Spacious, well-appointed rooms. The spa and fitness center are really nice. Great location in Klosters Platz along the river and near to a playground and the Badi. Convenient to have a great restaurant in the hotel, too.

No heating on the room, no working internet (not even the corporate wifi which they were kind enough to share would work)
Breakfast staff are unfriendly
Breakfast offering is not at the level expected for what you pay, and towards the end of the breakfast, there is nothing left,
