Late arrival ... no problem; chatty friendly manager. Morning Restaurent staff offered us early breakfast as we scrambled to get to check-in. All positive!

The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is great. The staff are all fantastic from what we saw in one night.
We had thought that the hotel was closer to the terminal when we booked. We did not expect to pay ISK5.500 each way after dropping our rental car off the night before and the morning of our flight. We would have hoped to walk to and from the terminal.

Didn’t use the breakfast facilities,
But the location was very good, as it only took approximately 10 minutes from airport

The size of our room was perfect for our family of 5. That was the highlight of this room.
Although listed as an airport hotel it is still a decent distance to the airport. Also, the room and the hotel common spaces don't seem to have been updated in a long time.
