Our first time in a Moroccan Riad. This was a superb choice. The staff were fab, very welcoming and attentive and were able to assist with airport drop off and pick ups. Special mention to Ibrahim who is fantastic. A great little gem of a place to stay.

Wow! What an incredible Riad. As you as you enter this beautiful building you will feel utter peace. It is beautifully designed and incredibly decorated. Jean and his staff, including the absolutely wonderful Ibrahim, worked above and beyond to ensure my stay was lovely, including organising an airport transfer and getting me a cake for my birthday! The room was exceptionally clean, cool and spacious. I highly recommend staying at this oasis on your trip to Marrakech.

The Riad was beautiful and took you back in time. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable especially Ibrahim who was a star. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and they would even make you up a bag if you needed to miss breakfast due to an early start if a trip was booked. Fresh bread every morning with honey, olives, cottage cheese, coffee, fresh orange juice, eggs of your taste (we chose omelette), cake, yogurt and fruit. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed. In all a really nice homely atmosphere. The owner of the Riad really cared and was also very friendly and helpful.
Nothing we didn’t like other than we went at a very hot time of the year when the temperatures in Marrakesh were 41 to 42 degrees centigrade.

The location was great and the staff were amazing, you get what you pay for with the slim price.
The breakfast was not particularly enjoyable, as we were constantly swarmed by wasps while trying to eat, which was a real shame.
We were also told that our room would have air conditioning, but it did not. Instead, it only had a ceiling fan, which failed to keep us cool in the summer heat. Had we known this in advance, we perhaps would not have booked the room.
We also found a few cockroaches in our room during our stay.
Additionally, we were unaware that the room on the ground floor did not have a separate bathroom. Rather than being fully enclosed, it was separated from the bedroom only by a curtain, which offered very little privacy.
