The location was great, and the staff were really friendly welcoming and helpful.
Really liked the property overall, but guests arriving in the early hours and disturbing sleep was a bit annoying.

just left Riad Aya after 3 nights there and I have only good things to say about it. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. When the AC wasn’t working as strong as we’d hoped, they quickly switched our room without any fuss. When we left early for a tour they packed us breakfast to go. The Riad itself is beautiful - a very comfortable and pretty courtyard, nice rooftop with a small plunge pool, and meticulously clean. The rooms are small but very comfortable with large bathrooms and each with their own personality. Our teenage sons had their own room With two beds and the AC worked great. The location was close to everything - we walked everywhere and felt safe. That said, Marrakech - at least in the Medina - is a gritty city. If you’re looking for the Four Seasons and pristine streets, none of it will be for you. But if you’re willing to look past that we loved it and had a wonderful time - we would definitely recommend Riad Aya.

The ambiance, the fragrance was so soothing.
The host was kind enough to provide us early breakfast. A home away from home :)
