The location is great especially if you travelling via Busan Station. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around.
Hotel offers free coffee, eggs and instant ramen.
The place is clean but definitely past it's best times.

Location of the hotel was great as it was about 5 mins walk to the Busan Station. The breakfast room was large and bottled water and coffee was always available. The hotel is directly opposite a 24/7 convenience store so getting food and any necessities was very extremely easy.
It was a little pricey during this trip due to the events happening in town that week.

They say that you get what you pay and it's indeed true. The hotel is very close to the main station but that's all. Breakfast is indeed included but you have to make it by yourself. The owner offers eggs, coffee, bread, butter and jam and the kitchen so you can also bring your own stuff.
You have water bottle available as much as you like.
The hotel room was decent but the rest of the hotel is far from being clean. So many mosquitos.in the room for unknown reasons (window was shut so we are not sure where they enter from)
