The location could not be better. Steps from the harbor, many shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was top notch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. If I return to Chania I will definitely try to stay at Palazzo Duca again.

Really Good location
Good size room overall
Communication was lacking - nothing to say there was no reception on arrival and no instructions sent for entry etc
Cleaning standards need a bit of work - toilet waste bin failed to be emptied one day despite being full.
Jacuzzi cover needs to be used - and more attention paid to cleaning of jacuzzi
