Staff were immediately responsive when messaging in the app with questions on arrival.
The room was gorgeous and clean. Location is perfect. Old Chania is literally at your door. Also, this property is very romantic.
This room had a small balcony that overlooks the lane below, but there is also a beautiful larger patio open to guests across the hall. Great for a bottle of wine or a smoke.
I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again, or recommend this room to others.
One of the two Nespresso machines had some issue, which I didn’t care about because we had two, but had to deduct from a perfect score just to be diligent for others searching for rooms.

Very comfortable boutique hotel. Very good shower, comfortable bed, nice sheets, pillows and comfortor. No front desk but easy online check-in. Was also upgraded to a suite. Quiet part of harbor area and very quaint. Good price - would stay again.

Fabulous small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. 5 minutes from the port, restaurants and shops.
The owner was very welcoming and let us check in early.
My friend and I stayed for one night. There were 2 double bedrooms very tastefully decorated.
Tea and a coffee pod machine were very welcoming as was the water in the fridge.
I don’t sleep very well, the bed was so comfortable I had a great nights sleep.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be booking it on my next stay in Chania.
