Geboekt kamer met uitzicht en zwembad. Kreeg een hoek kamer ingebouwd zonder uitzicht. Kamer niet geaccepteerd en upgraded kamer gekregen. Geaccepteerd de bijbetaling maar bij uitcheck werd gezegd dat p n de bijbetaling 20 Australisch dollar was. Dit bedrag was niet afgesproken,! Wat een herrie..

Very good option for staying some days in Kuta

We stayed the first 5 days of our Bali travel. The rooms were very clean, the hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the hotel is the beach, a mall and a lot of restaurants and stores. Both pools were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The bathroom could be renovated, it's a bit old.

Correcto pero para no repetir

Zonas comunes no están mal, el desayuno esta bien, y la comida del restaurante es buena y no cara, pero tienes dos restaurantes justo al lado del hotel que son de 10 asi que no merece la pena comer en hotel a no ser que no quieras salir. La ubicacion es super aunque Kuta es una parte de Bali que no recomendaria.

Nos alojaron en una extensión del hotel que hace sentirte que no estas ni en ese hotel, nada que ver con las fotos publicadas de jardines y zonas comunes. Hay un edificio aparte al final del todo que no esta ni cerca de la piscina principal. Un segundo piso con carro de bebe, todavía estoy esperando que alguien me ayude con alguna maleta.... La mayoría del personal super amable pero un par de personas en sitios clave(recepción/piscina) que deberían plantearse si estar de cara el publico es su trabajo.

Good stay for starting in Bali

The location is really good, additionally the staff is friendly and the cleanliness is overall very good for Balinese conditions.

The bathroom needs more maintenance. The rooms are cozy but there could be brighter lights.

Room was very clean, great aircon and comfy beds, breakfast to suit everyine, staff very friendly and well presented. Location was in Poppies Lane 2 and very close to everything, shops, stalls, massage, atms, money changers resturants, beach, bars etc, also not that far from airport and just around the corner to Beachwalk Shopping Centre.

We usually stay at Satriya when we come to Bali. Great location, staff, breakfast and pool. We stayed at the back of the property this time and it was like being in a vila with the pool at our front door.

Satriya Cottages, lovely

Beautiful grounds away from the noise and chaos of central Kuta, but in easy reach of shops and eateries. Our room was quite small but comfortable, up two flights of quite steep stairs. WiFi was a bit weak in the bedroom. Staff were just lovely. Brekky was very basic, but the banana pancakes were very good, and my husband's omelette was excellent. I would happily land there again after a late arrival.

There wasn't much not to like. WiFi could be better. And these days we expect charging points and some decent TV channels for times when you just need to veg out for a while.

Highly recommended authentic Balinese hotel

This hotel is one of the few owned by a Balinese family from Kuta what gives a much more authentic feel to it. Hotelrooms are beautifully arranged in traditional Balinese style around a large swimming pool, a large tree, small temple and well kept garden. The rooms are well airconditioned spacious, clean and with fridge and indoor bathroom. There were few mosquitos outside and inside we didn't encounter any. In the back of the property there is a separate building with far more cheaper standard rooms if you are on a tight budget. Location is great, because it is a peaceful oasis in bustling Kuta. Centrally located near a good part of the beach with fun waves but less current than e.g. in Legian. Closeby you find many nice little shops and restaurants. The english speaking staff is very friendly and helpful. As parents it felt really safe and welcome to stay with our kids here.

The breakfast is okay, not great like the hotel itself.

location is awesome the front of the hotel is located in poppies 11 and the back of hotel located in poppies 1 so easy access to both ends of Kuta. the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. it’s always our go to destination close to great cheap restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Room size was good, pool area was nice, we enjoyed several meals in the restaurant, buffet breakfast was good

I didn't like the shower head and the bathroom fixtures were a bit dated
