Room is big. Walkable from Kuta beach. Pool is great. Breakfast was amazing and huge spread. Nice staff. You can also rent taxis from hotel for sight seeing.
Cleanliness can be improved. The building is very old and needs a makeover. The location is close to beach but the hotel is located in a very narrow lane.

Amazing location, close to everything Kuta has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms well equipped with fridge, kettle and safe.
Sometimes the music was a bit load by the pool, but not all the time. Not a lot of sun loungers, but some nice grassy areas.

Property is quiet and friendly. There is a back gate which leads to all the shops and restaurants. Also you’re able to walk through into their other hotel and use facilities.
