Friendlier, all round better options. The highlight was the service provided in the lobby bar.

The gentleman serving food at the front desk was fabulous, as were the cleaning staff. Good, central location

Average customer service at the front desk, few meal options for dairy free, room was not ready at checkin time and found the bathroom/ kitchen space cramped

everything ! the service level and hospitality was beyond expectation from booking to checking out it was seamless. the aesthetics, decor, the location and quality of food. everything was perfect but it’s the staff and attention to detail which made the stay ”All of i Specially to the staff Aqil salute to you 10/10⭐

Highly recommended and we will be back

Very friendly staff, they always greet to us when seeing us. Nice clean and cooling environment. Nice food as well. My kids just loved the top roof swimming pool very much.

استمتعت جدا بالاقامة لديهم ، لديهم سرير يجعلك تنام بسرعه 😅

تنظيف الغرف كل يوم والاهتمام بجيمع المرافق والتجاوب السريع وجميع الموظفون مبتسمين ويحاولون المساعدة شكرا لهم

موقعه كان مزدحم نوعا ما أيضا الدرج الكهربائي كان يزدحم قليلا

Lovely hotel but you can relax by the pool

Rooms, location and staff were fabulous

The pool is gorgeous but very small and very limited in sun beds ( prob about 4-6 beds available ) so on all the days I stayed I couldn’t get a seat/ subbed by the pool.

Lovely staff

Staff were wonderful and rooftop pool has a fabulous view.

The water in the shower smelled bad which is why the room smells off I think. Pity because it was otherwise a very nice property.

Clean modern hotel to relax and enjoy yourself at

The rooms were so comfy and modern also very clean, the pool has such a lovely view of the beach with nice beds to relax on, the food and drinks were delicious and well priced, the staff were so kind and helpful

Not sure if there was a mini fridge as i couldnt find one

Centrally located, yet quiet, relaxing, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff

Small, yet nice infinity pool. Very good breakfast with mouth watering Indonesian and other food specialties. I enjoyed the fresh seasonal fruit, juices, congee, and Yamu, a local immune booster beverage. Employees are very nice and met the GM and chef who took note of my observations.

I had a number of issues with my room, which eventually were addressed by the staff. For example, a loose sliding door, which made a horrible screeching noise.

Lift was out of order at different times and the room when asked to be cleaned did not give any towels and was not done properly.

Fabulous

I like the ambiance of the place for comfy and cozy. They have very nice baristas at the entrance, accessible facilities. The staffs are very nice and assistive as well. Food is good. And it is just 1 minute walk (or can be lesser) from the beach. They even provide fire dance night event. On top of it, it is accessible to restaurants, markets and even mall. Highly recommend place to stay. Ms.Diah at the reception was very helpful during check-in until check-out.

The hotel system is very trict with check-out time as card automatically deactivates at the certain check-out time(can be a good thing also). Good thing the staff are very nice to assist us😊😊 it would be nicer if they can have bigger pool.

"I do not recommend it at all. The room cleanliness is very poor, and the cups and glasses in the breakfast area have a very unpleasant smell. ." When booking, I requested that the rooms be a connected room, and upon arrival, I did not find what I requested On the second day of the stay, the employee offered rooms according to my request, but they had an ugly view لا انصح به ابداً نظافة الغرف سيئة جداً الكاسات والاكواب في منطقة الفطور رائحتها كريهة جداً طلبت عند الحجز غرف تفتح على بعض connecting room, ولم تتوفر لي ابدا عند الحجز طلبت ان تكون الغرف كونكتنج روم وعند الوصول لم اجد ما طلبت عرض الموظف لليوم الثاني من الاقامة غرف حسب طلبي ولكن تطل على منظر بشع

Bel hôtel déco bien placé à Kuta

Bel hôtel situé face à la plage de Kuta, juste la rue à traverser. Centre commercial à proximité ainsi que de nombreux bars, restaurants et boutiques. Chambres confortables, modernes, jolie déco. Aéroport tout proche. Bon petit déjeuner continental ou asiatique. Boissons offertes à l'arrivée au rooftop. Jolie piscine sur le toit avec belle vue.

Les portes d'entrée qui font beaucoup de bruit quand on les ferme et qu'on entend bien la nuit, la vue de la chambre sur un mur (claustrophobique à souhait), le restaurant rooftop joli mais nourriture froide et en trop petite quantité. Nos crevettes et poisson etaient plus dignes d'une entrée et le service était décontracté. L'équipe est jeune et prend son temps pour prendre les commandes/servir/prendre le paiement.

An incredible hotel for its price

It is a very elegantly designed hotel with a European design. At the same time, they used local details very well. Everyone working was very friendly and helpful. Swimming against the view in the terrace pool is priceless.

The majority of the rooms overlook the construction site next door. There was no view we could see from our room. We always used our curtains closed.

Amazing ocean view and right on the beach

The ocean view of the pool is just amazing, the food is very good. The location is right on to the beach and 10m walk to get a surfboard.

The rooms were a bit small but manageable. but nothing really to complain about. overall it's fine.

It was the best stay ever, I highly recommend

The hotel is amazing, very modern and clean. The location is close to beach walk and kuta beach,seminyak. They have beautiful restaurants for breakfast with beautiful view rooftop.

I would like to say the breakfast are good but I hope they put more variety of foods and change the coffee machine, because the machine was very slow and people queing just to get the coffee.

Brilliant place to stay. Will be back

Loved the pool area, room and breakfast. Staff are very helpful and accomodating

There is only limited daybeds around the pool and some people would hog them all day or put their things on the beds and then go off.

Я очень редко пишу отзывы, но здесь совсем не хочется молчать) Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всей команде Tribe на протяжении всего нашего отдыха. Мы были там целую неделю и было идеально все, правда! В первую очередь хочется отметить персонал, который всегда максимально старался помочь тебе, очень доброжелательный и приятный. Это не выглядит наигранно, как гость ты действительно чувствуешь заботу к себе на всех этапах. Великолепный wi-fi. Стабильный, с хорошей скоростью и по всей территории. Никаких дополнительных переподключений - все очень удобно и продумано Комнаты полностью соответствуют фотографиям, очень чисто, удобная кровать, уборка / замена полотенец каждый день. Вкусный ресторан и невероятный вид на закат! Однозначно вернёмся вновь)

Fun vibe in Kuta, good value for the price

The facilities are very nice, the decor is a fun vibe, the rooms are big, decent gym, free laundry (you need to provide your own detergent), the location is steps away from the beach, Infiniti pool overlooking the beach, and a HUGE breakfast buffet.

Beds are a little stiff for my taste but maybe not for others.
