Very friendly staff but unorganized on job description and their duties without manager supervision

Loved the hotel very well placed for access to all things we like to do. The pool bar staff around kids pool seemed slow to get orders but nothing worth worrying about. Adults pool was a bonus but we stayed always at kids pool even though we had no kids as it’s bigger and more sunshine spots.
Gardens beautiful and well maintained as good as the Padma without the extra cost

Good location, easy walk to places.
Resort was clean, tidy and well appointed.
Garden were beautiful and always well maintained.
Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance.
A pool for kids and a separate pool for adults.
