Excellent staff and friendly environment for family. We felt very safe, and our children enjoyed the resort's pools very much. The pools were very clean and well maintained. Also, there were plenty of other restaurant options outside within walking distance. The breakfast could provide more fruit and bread options, but overall, very delicious! We definitely recommend this resort to other families.

This hotel is a great little find. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good too. Highly recommend. The Lani rooms off the garden pool are very nice. Plenty of green space.

good for families , wouldn't recommend for single people. Location on the beach rd , but not much around it , especially if you are a single man catching taxis back after a night out and also not allowed to bring lafy company back

The place is quite and near from the beach and shopping .. The staff is very friendly The bad thing was not clean and the bed dirty they didn’t change the sheets and towels every day and it’s unusable just arranged the room without changing After third day I told them then they changed also the internet is poor.

This hotel is a lovely peaceful oasis sitting along the road opposite Kuta beach. It is a very short walk from lively restaurants and bars yet as soon as you pass through the hotel reception area, it is so peaceful. I think COVID closure has taken its toll.on the facilities but they are updating the rooms and grounds at the moment. This didn't cause any noise or inconvenience to us during our stay. We stayed in an Alum Villa which was lovely. If I was being really picky, my only complaint would be that the bathroom towels could have been bigger. All the staff were fantastic. Very good value hotel, especially considering its location. It is 5 minutes walk from the possibly more upmarket Legian beach.

A very charming place. Loved the greenery inside the premises. Staff is very nice. Buffet breakfast has a small spread but all items are quite good and fresh. I am taking away one star from my rating as my room was on second floor without any elevator, and there was no view from the room. The bathing area in the bathroom does not have any door or curtain (another hotel where I stayed in Bali had the same issue) due to which whole bathroom gets wet.

Booked for 3 nights (non-refundable), left after 1 night. Rooms are not as shown in pictures, sheets and towels were stained, ac started leaking water at night when I was sleeping. Don’t pay without looking at the rooms.

The villas had a lovely Bali feel that transported you from the craziness of the city. They staff were the most amazing people and were so nice and always willing to help you. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The only thing I wish was that it has gym amenities and that the pool was open later because it shut fairly early. Other than that I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Will be back for sure.

We have just spent 6 nights at this property and could not have been happier with every aspect. Particularly the kind and attentive staff who all went above and beyond for us. I have to give particular thanks to the GM Phil Johnson who went out of he’s way to accommodate us and made our New Year a great night. We had our 7 mth old with us and the staff were very caring of her and her well being. We enjoyed our time here immensely and will return. I am grateful we booked our accommodation here somewhat last minute or we may have been stuck in a chain hotel that lacks the character that Alam Kul Kul does. Thank you so much to the team for looking after myself and my family.

My partner and I stayed for 4 nights in late November ad it is close to the Beach. The room was spacious in size with a balcony, the food was yummy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location across the street from the beach, yet an oasis away from the noise of Kuta. Excellent service and staff, helpful and friendly. Breakfast above average, interesting events during the week. My daughter loved it and I would stay again.

Great location to Kuta beach. You walk outside and across the road and you are on the beach. The breakfast each morning was amazing! The room we stayed in was very basic, but that’s what we like as we aren’t in our room but to sleep. We did have nice view of one of the pools from our balcony. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
