Location is perfect. There are trusted money exchange outlets either side of hotel and atm in grocery stores nearby. We had a beautiful sunrise view from 4th floor. The bar had regular live music. The staff were all friendly and helpful, transport is easily booked/accessible. I felt safe and no theft reports. Aircon worked well. There are great spots for eating/drinking nearby. Short walk to the beach. Cost effective and clean rooms, beds are satisfactory. Room cleaned daily with 2 small water bottles provided daily which were handy for bathroom/tea coffee. Small fridge for drinks/snacks. Ours did freeze some drinks, but that worked well if walking around in the day as stayed cold! Any reported issues rectified immediately. Good variety of events. Small convenience store in the lobby area. 2 clean pools. For the cost i would stay here again :)
It was noisy as above the bar, which would bother light sleepers/people needing early bed time for big day trips. It wasn't a huge issue for me and im sure the hotel would have considered a room change for those who could not cope and likely common with most hotels in the area. The water pressure wasn't great, but managed. Only 1 room key, again not a big issue. Some lights didnt work, but not a big deal. Extra towels would have been nice, but clean towels daily helped. The carvery food night was disappointing as cold (baked potatoes are best served heated), the pork came out under cooked but was removed. By this time after a big day trip I just ate what was available as famished so didn't feel this all you can eat dinner was good value. The roof top pool needs maintenance. The tiles along the edge are loose and one large tile fell in the pool which is dangerous. There could be more shade and beds around the pools.

This hotel is lovely we have stayed here several times and will be again. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The restaurant is good and breakfast is good. The rooms are very big with everything you need. A very good budget hotel. Easy walk to shops and easy access for transport.

Lovely staff although the females in breakfast area seem to do sll the work while the men stand around watching
Needs desperate repairs my balcony railing was rusted out at the base quite dangerous . Shower floor floods in cubical poor drainage . The towels were ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL.. no longer white but now all grey and actually smell like sweat .. the pool towels smell as well . I think no detergent is used or not enough to save money maybe
