Las habitaciones, las camas, todas las habitaciones y salón tenían A/C, y había todo lo necesario para una estancia corta

Buena ubicación, con paradas de metro cerca, supermercados, lugares donde comer. Buenas indicaciones del personal sobre el funcionamiento y barrio tranquilo.
La limpieza no era muy buena y el ascensor no funcionaba del todo bien.

Falta de higiene e manutenção no apartamento, exemplos: casa de banho com bolor, as paredes no geral negras/sujas, os cortinados cheios de gordura e sujos, tivemos de aparafusar o sofá pois tinhas parafusos soltos, o microondas cheirava a podre, os botões do fogão cheios de gordura e o ralo do lava loiça tinha restos de comida.
No booking dizia que havia estacionamento mas sempre que tentavamos contactar os funcionários pelo número de telefone para saber do estacionamento eles não atendiam e não respondiam as mensagens do WhatsApp.
