Very disappointing stay — cold, poorly maintained, and not as advertised.

Honestly, not much. The location was acceptable, but that is the only positive aspect of the stay.

The apartment felt like an old basement, was poorly cleaned and had a strong moldy smell. Heating was completely insufficient, only small portable heaters were provided, and despite that it was very cold inside. The apartment was outdated, uncomfortable, and overall far below acceptable standards. The smell, cold temperature, and lack of proper maintenance made the stay very unpleasant.

Will never ever visit this improvised apartment in the basement with unhealthy living conditions

Almost nothing, apart from the location, close to metro station, just 4-5 stops away from centrum

Apartment is in the basement, with terrible smell, furniture got this smell as well so we couldn’t sleep well, our kids got allergic reaction which made our experience more negative. I would strongly recommend to AVOID this apartment as it’s not well presented by host on Booking, whom BTW we neither met, nor asked about our check-in and satisfaction. There is NO AC, just a fan which could only disperse bad smell, hardly to cool down the room, so definitely not a good choice for summer break in Madrid.😢🔥🤯

La ubicación era buena, a pocos metros de la parada de metro cuatro caminos con muy buenas conexiones a la ciudad.

El apartamento le hacía falta mucha limpieza.

No nos gustó nada

Estaba limpio

Al llegar, llamamos al número de teléfono que nos ofrecieron porque no encontrábamos las llaves del buzón y nos daba error de llamada, llamamos al portal que nos dijeron que nos abrirían y no contestó nadie, menos mal que acabamos encontrando las llaves sino nos hubiera tocado buscar donde dormir. Nos contestaron a las 7 de la mañana. Un sótano con apenas ventilación, muchísima humedad, solo un ventilador de frío para todo, mucha olor a humedad, un asador.

Estaba cerca a estaciones de metro y paraderos de buses. Pequeño pero funcional, fui con dos amigas por unas clases en la universidad por 2 semanas así es que casi no estábamos en el hospedaje.

En un sótano, es complicado si viajan con maleta grande. Se sentía un poco olor a humedad, no hay muchas ventanas para ventilación. Lo peor fue que un inquilino anterior quiso meterse casi a la fuerza porque se olvidó unas cosas, pienso que el hospedaje debió aclarar las cosas mejor antes de pasar por esto, tuvimos que llamar a la policía.
