Der Ausblick war schön, das Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit, trotz Personalmangel. Zimmer sehr groß und gut schallisoliert, man hörte keine Nachbarn.

Leider gab es Mängel im Zimmer, leider war es nicht richtig gesäubert, altes benutztes Handtuch hing noch über der Heizung, unter dem Etagenbett lagen benutze Taschentücher und Müll. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut gefüllt ob gegen 8 Uhr/ 9Uhr, zu wenig Platz für soviel Gäste. Keine Tassen/ Gläser/ für Kleinkind (1,5) kaum Auswahl zu Essen. Kein frisches Obst, Kaffeeautomat war ausser Betrieb. Die Spielecke ist ok, aber sehr abgespielt, Gefahrenquellen vorhanden, wie der DVD Player/ Rutsche richtig Heizung ... kaputtes Spielzeug.. Wasser in der 4. Und 7. Etage war bräunlich, mussten extra Wasser kaufen für Wasser aufkochen

Good spacious family bedroom. Great breakfast. Good spa. The (3) dinner options were always good. The hotel is conveniently situated within nice hicking tracks.

Small dining room, we had to wait in the line in the morning to get a table. Not really comfortable with small kids I must say. Regarding our room, there was mold on the window and in the bathroom. Our teenager was sleeping on a sofa bed, which was not comfortable either. In her age + the price we were paying for our stay, she deserves normal bed. Very small spa, open from 15:00 only for paying extra customers.

Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff

Restaurant and bar were understaffed. The staff was doing their best, but at peak times simply had no chance to manage to serve all the guest in a 4* standard. Restaurant is also too small - people had to queue and wait ling time for breakfast.
