We stayed with family and friends, traveling with kids aged 4, 6, and 9. The hotel is nicely located, about a 10-minute walk to the town center. Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, and bathrobes and towels were provided. A small fridge was available in the room. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast selection was decent. The kids’ playroom has a nice slide and climbing wall, which is a good base for further improvement.
Rooms were quite small, with a very small bathroom, and it was very hot inside even though the radiator was turned off. Parking is paid extra (120 CZK/day). Breakfast felt repetitive and there were no pancakes, which disappointed the kids 🙂. We didn’t use the swimming pool, but the jacuzzi and sauna require an additional (rather high) fee. The kids’ playroom is small, messy, and some toys were broken, so it needs a refresh.

The location is nice and close to walking paths. The teretory of the hotel is big and green, very convenient for dogs it's enough to go for a short walk around. SPA area is nice especially saunas. All common areas are clean and convenient, freashly renovated. The food was delisious and the prices in the Bar was very plesant considering that there are not that many options around the hotel.
The beds were too soft and didn't provide any back support. The bathroom was tiny. The door in the shower was licking water outside the bathtab and it was gathering in the corner of the bathroom.
We were given a room on the 2nd floor right above the roof and instead of "mountain" view we were mostly seaing the roof.
It is forbiden to smoke in the balcony of the room, which is very strange as we specificly booked a room with balcony to be able to smoke without going outside the building each time.
We didn't find pricing bringing for the dog on the website, which is important to know beforehand.

The value was insane. Me and my son went for a lads trip for one night half board for 1500czk! The facilities were everything we needed and more. The room was old but we expected that when we booked.
Everything was cool - the reviews complained about the blonde girl on reception but look we’re in Czech Republic where most people never smile 😂 she was pleasant and did her job well and we was happy. My son said he’d give the place 5 stars. 😂
