Location, Free Street Parking, The Bar downstairs, the Price
The room as OK for the price but it doesn't have a bathroom. It has a shower cabinet separate from the toilet room. If you travel with friends, not a lot of privacy at shower time.

Able to have coffee, dinner at good value, and breakfast at the same place.
Lift to 13/3rd floor
Car parking was easy.

Clean and easy access to the motorway and a 10 minute walk into town.
The bunk bed above the double bed was weird.
