Lovely place in a great location.

Great location and real bonus to have off street parking and secure location for the bikes. The room was very nice and we loved having the balcony to sit out on. it is just 5 min walk to the shops and restaurants, 10 mins to the beach and about 20 mins to the circuit.

The stairs are very steep and narrow and difficult to negotiate if you are like me of advanced years. If so suggest you choose a downstairs room.

Be cool in Zandvoort, not cold

The position was good, ten minutes walk from the city centre and from the station. From there a nice 30 minutes train trip straight to Amsterdam central railway station. Zandvoort was a nice surprise.

The room was cold, the heating system was managed by the owner who increased it only the first night after being solicited to do so. We had a very tiny little electric heater which was not enough. No heating in the very small shower... probably this cold in April was unexpected, nonetheless tourists need to feel confortable

Great place in a great town

A great little town near the beach, you can rent a bike and visit the tulip fields. Also frequently buses to Amsterdam. Aquarius pension was great, comfy place, quiet, well equipped and friendly staff.

It was a bit cold, but the staff gave us an electrical heater which helped

Exceptional

We stayed in a really nice room and enjoyed our visit to the Netherlands. Zandvoort is a bit away from highways. But if you are a person who likes to go to the sea in the morning before doing other things, that may be a great option for you!

Nice apartment in good location but not very friendly hosts

Nice room, 10 min walking from the beach

Very basic kitchen, not a lot of supplies. No soap in the bathroom. We paid 5 euros per day for parking, but it wasn't clear that there would be another car parked behind us in such a way that we couldn't use our car for our entire stay basically. We needed our car for a spontaneous day trip and realized we were parked in ... We asked the host if he could contact the other guests but he was hesitant and after one single call he gave up and said there's nothing he could do. Overall not very friendly hosts. If you offer a parking space and then ask money for it you also have to advertise that you basically can't use your car in that time, which is very annoying ...

OK for a short stay

we liked the location, close to railway station, town centre and the beach. The room had a nice atmosphere and the hosts were friendly.

Room was small and noisy from both traffic and other guests. Everything was there as promised but at a minimum level. The electric heater was noisy.

Terrible! It's better to pay more, but don't push yourself into such holes!

Nothing to do with the photos! I do not recommend!

The smell of mold and mildew is horrible! And the duvets were obviously not washed for a long time!

Exceptional

Very nice, well equipped room with balcony, in the small kitchenette we had everything what we needed for our short stay. Didnt have chance to say good bye and big thank you, as we were leaving pretty early, but definetely we will come back! Thank you!

The Dutch are very welcoming and helpful. Most speak excellent English.

The place was comfortable, convenient and relaxing.

I personally would prefer a firmer bed. A little concern that the wood boards on the balcony are a bit rotten.

Only real grumble was that when showering the water did not stay in the cubicle and spread out over much of the bathroom floor. Apart from that everything was great.

When you used the shower, the whole bathroom was wet. The room was small and basic.

The room was cute and cozy and the pension is located very close to the beach, the centrum and the train station.

Excellent location within Zandvoort. Property owner was courteous. The room I stayed had a useful balcony.

There was no cooker or cooking equipment to make a proper meal. I was looking for a place where I could do some personal cooking myself. This proeprty had a kitchnette sink and a microwave, a cooker in addition would have made my stay more excellent.

Perfection

The room (Small Room) was perfect, with „sea-atmosphere”, very confortable bed, excellent for weekend in Zandvoort. Very close to the center, but also on quiet street. We will surely come back there :)

I felt very comfortable here

Zandvoort was my destination after a bicycle tour from Berlin. The apartment was a perfect place to regenerate and relax. It's a great quiet location with nice hosts. The accommodation is modern, stylishly furnished. The bed was comfortable. The small room didn't feel small due to the large corner windows. Coffee and tea were freely available. It was allowed to park my bicycle safely in the lobby. The position of the property is superb. In a few minutes you are at the beach, city center or train station. I also highly recommend a visit to the Sport cafe Buitenspel. It's a good place to watch soccer games with a good draft beer and great service.

Rising well rested, homey feel.

Lovely hosts, good explanations, lots of space (both physically as well as privacy-wise), good bed (room nr. 1), comfortable space with nice decoration and lovely terrace, quiet enough, free on-site parking, supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby, and when you need anything you can just ask Marco and Nicole. It was a recharging stay!

The only cooking opportunity is a combi oven, which is fine, but I brought food that I could not cook, so I am writing it here so readers can prepare better!

Idyllic town and beautiful nature.

Everything you need for a short stay is there. Nice terrace, small table and chairs for eating breakfast in room as well, close to everything, free parking.

Staying was great. The kitchen area is more than enough to prepare a good breakfast. Coffee is provided. Good contact with the owner. Great location near the sea and the train station.
