Die Lage ist gut, sehr zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke und der Strand ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Internet ist schnell (bis ca. 90-100MBit/s).
Alles ist sehr eng, mit größerem Gepäck kommt man die Treppen nur schwerlich hoch und im Zimmer weiß man teils nicht wohin mit den Sachen. Die Einrichtung ist ziemlich abgenutzt und austauschwürdig. Die Spiegel haben dunkle Ränder, das Rollo hatte eine gebrochene Endleiste und mehrere Löcher, die Matratze ist durchgelegen und von den Türrahmen platzt die Farbe ab. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht.
