Gold Majesty Hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with convenient access, valet parking, and an accessible entrance. The hotel features elegant décor, a spacious lobby with various activities, and a wide range of facilities.
Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and pillows. The welcome basket and drinks were a lovely touch, while the room facilities and services made the stay even more convenient. Housekeeping standards were excellent.
The reception team was friendly and helpful, particularly Mr. Yusuf, Mr. Kamal, and Mr. Emre. The restaurant staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection of food.
Other advantages include the 24-hour front desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, reasonable prices, and visible environmental efforts through recycling and green spaces.
The hotel and lobby can become crowded during busy periods. The Wi-Fi connection would benefit from greater speed and stability. Additionally, an unpleasant bathroom odor was noticeable, apparently due to insufficient ventilation, and should be addressed.

The hotel is very spacious especially the rooms. The property is also in a very nice part of the city with shopping centres, restaurants and hospitals near by.

Excellent location in Bursa, near restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel is ideally situated, making it very easy to explore the area and enjoy dining and shopping options nearby.
The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They were always ready to help and made our stay feel comfortable and smooth from start to finish.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bursa.

I really loved the location..breakfast..and the size of the room was perfect…I had wonderful time in bursa …it’s really beautiful city
The cleaning service…they really need to improve their cleaning service…from the first night I spent in there the room was not that clean..there were some vomiting on the back of the room door I didn’t see until morning..because we arrived at late night so we were very exhausted…also the room carpet needs cleaning
