We loved the front desk people, they made our whole day worth it, especially Kim. Absolutely awesome
We didn’t like that the jacuzzi was not in service, they said all of them were under maintenance so we weren’t able to get a room change. The second and third “beds” were not actual beds. They were hard couch parts with a mattress topper on them and were very uncomfortable:(

We really liked the family room with the loft. It was quite interesting for the kids.

the room was fairly clean, and the location was very good. staff was also nice and friendly.
pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, there was almost no window in my room, sometimes when they cleaned the room they not recharging coffee or cups. also sometimes the room not smell good and i don't know why! the breakfast also very poor not something i was expecting. and i also noticed they were not changing the covers and bed sheets after cleaning, I used the same covers for 2 weeks.
