В целом ожидания оправдались, было комфортно, приятно и удобно.

Очень удобное расположение отеля относительно метро - 50 метров и линия хорошая, № 4, на центральный вокзал идет и к достопримечательностям. Отличное белье на кроватях и сами кровати удобные, матрасы средней жесткости, спать было приятно, спина не болела.

Вместо чая и кофе в номере были предложены странные на европейский вкус пакетики для приготовления напитков: эрзац-чай и чай со вкусом кофе. Дрянь несусветная, можно было бы вообще это не класть, хуже бы не стало.

A very comfortable stay

1. Location is excellent - within a 500m radius there is plenty of cafe, eateries, convenience stores & shopping 2. It is near an MRT station that is on the blue line which is very central 3. The room is just the right size, the shower is good and there are 3 mirrors for our usage. The toiletries are in 3 large bottles and the shower gel doesn't leave my skin dry. 4. The front concierge is helpful and speaks enough English to get by. 5. The 2nd floor houses a cafe to chill and drinks from A Twosome Place have a 10% discount for hotel guests. It houses a laundry room, microwave, water dispenser and a small gym. 6. Not everything in the room may work, but once you report it, maintenance will fix it for you.

1. The housekeeping is inconsistent. Sometimes they forget to replenish our bottles of water or give us a clean floor mat.

An excellent choice

1. Location was excellent - near MRT station, near GS25, within 500m radius there are eateries, cafes and shopping all around. 2. Shower is good, big counter top in the bathroom, toiletries in large bottles that dont leave my skin dry, 3 mirrors so I dont need to hog up the bathroom, heated toilet seat. 3. There are enough switches to charge all our electronic devices. 4. There are enough chairs to sit in the room 5. Laundry room on 2nd floor + a cafe we can chill in while waiting for our laundry.

ที่พักสะอาด พนักงานบริการดี มาตรฐาน รร ที่น่าพอใจ

ที่พักมาด้วย limousine airport bus สะดวก ลากกระเป็ามาไม่ไกล และอยู่ใกล้ metro สายสีฟ้ามากๆ จาก exit 6 เดิน ไม่เท่าไรถึงแล้ว แต่ exit นี้ไม่มีบันไดเลื่อน รร สะอาด พนักงานช่วยเหลือดี มีความยืดหยุ่นในการ check out เลทนิดหน่อยได้บ้าง มีร้านขนมปัง กาแฟ ผลไม้ ใกล้ๆ มี olive young อยู่ตรงข้ามให้เก็บตกด้วย

จากรูปนึกว่าขนาดห้องจะกว้างกว่านี้ แต่ก็ไม่ได้แคบมาก พอได้ กับทางออก exit ที่ใกล้สุดจากรถไฟใต้ดินไม่มีบันไดเลื่อน ที่ถ้าเดินเที่ยวสะสมเยอะๆ ขึ้นลงๆ สถานีมาหนัก ก็อาจรู้สึกไม่ค่อยสะดวกนิดหน่อย

Convenient comfy stay

Right next to metro station and many buses. Well appointed rooms. Small gym and a really well priced laundry room. Comfortable and clean hotel.Ask for a high floor for a city view

No towels iin the gym and be careful of the automatic doors which closed on me. Ouch.

Friendly and clean, but below expectations for the price

The location was right on line 4 so it was easy to get around to other places. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.

Room was quite small for the price. While it was clean, it seemed a bit worn down. It was right on line 4 which was super convenient, but not particularly central so it took a bit to get to things. I expected a bit better for the price.

瑕不掩瑜，飯店的細節可以再更好，也感謝友善的house keeper

飯店整體大環境舒適，有24小時的櫃檯可check in非常的貼心，飯店附近也蠻多吃的，員工都非常的友善，離地鐵站很近，就是上來要抬一下行李，因為我們懶的找電梯，附近就有兩家 Olivia young，一間開到晚上11點，讚讚，可以不用去明洞或是弘大跟人家人擠人；從地鐵站6號出口出來到飯店的路上會經過一家蒸餃店，好吃，附近有一個傳統市場，走過去大概5-7分鐘，走進去不到1分鐘有一個中年男子老闆，攤位有點像關東煮攤，三支魚板才2000krw,好吃

飯店的小毛巾上面有黏到前一個用的人的假睫毛，算是一個小小的缺點，然後飯店的枕頭太軟了，就算兩個枕頭疊在一起睡，躺上去後枕頭扁掉更跟沒有躺枕頭一樣，洗衣房的烘乾機裡面的棉絮稍微有點多，可能要定時清理一下

Good hotel for exploring Seoul.

Modern hotel with clean and good sized rooms. Good location near metrostation and bus stop in front.

Everything was according to expectations. No disappointments. It's a bit pricey.

It is the wonderful and memorable trip for me.

Location is perfect for the tourist whom going to Korea first time. It is very close to subway line 4, you can go anywhere which you want. And also when you arrived at T1 Inchon airport, you go out from exit 5, you can take the bus 6011 to hotel. Bus station only take 5 minutes walk to hotel, most convenient for the people with large luggage. There are many gourmet restaurants , famous makeup set shop “olive young “ around hotel.

Room space is not too big, maybe because of the location being the center of city. Only has two washing machine, it takes long time to wait and operation, need do some improvement.

Overall ok, not the best location

Overall an ok place, but i guess the bed sheets weren't clean as since the moment I stepped in, I started to be covered with red spots :( Very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice and the bath was spacious and a bonus. nice view. the Vending machine on floor 2 is strange and rather useless... The area is not the best if you want to experience Seoul.. But very close to the subway so it can be an option

Séjour sympas

Établissement sympas mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, personnelle très sympas et présent aide sans soucis. Très bien placé dans le quartier de dongdaemun, bus en face de l’hôtel métro à quelques mètres 1min à pied. Très bien desservis pour se balladeer dans Séoul

Chambres petites, dommage que le ménage ne soit que 3fois durant le séjour

Very good hotel to stay in Seoul, Staff, Location and Conform make me recommend it to other traveler

Rooms were confortable, staff cordial and always trying to help. Washer and Dryer machines is a plus the is very good to have it. Location close to subway and bus station, and close to main Palaces. And the view from out room was also nice.

I would appreciate if we could have a bathroom available to take a shower while we have our check in at 3pm, we arrived to Seoul early in the morning, but other than that, nothing negative.

Room was very clean. Nice bathroom. Good location for metro and bus stop right outside.

Very far away from airport. We got a taxi, which took close to 1.5 hours. I would definitely have researched the public transport before landing.

Big and hygienic rooms in need of urgent refreshment.

We loved the size of the room. It was big enough for a couple and had plenty of room to put down the bags. The bathroom contained a combination of a bath and shower, while also having all the necessary ammenities. The hygiene of the rooms was splendid! The washing room was a nice bonus and was very affordable.

The hotel itself does not feel like a 4-star hotel. The rooms are in a dire need of refreshment. For example, the paper on the walls was in a bad state. The showerhead was worn down, which made it look unhygienic despite the hygiene being amazing in general. The pictures did not look like the rooms we got, as they showed the room in a new state. The personnel at the front desk weren't very polite in general. They never greeted the guests when entering or leaving the hotel. Moreover, most of the times they didn't even bother to look up to the guests. The only friendly personnel were the cleaners who always greeted us when leaving the room and showed outstanding politeness before entering a room.

This hotel is a great location and we felt at home and safe here We would stay again

The room was good with great views. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room cleaner each day was very good and we always came back to a fresh room.

There was a safe in the room which we used but it was not locked down and easily taken away if someone so wished.

comfy and quiet

very clean and comfortable. they have excellent breakfast. there is a water refill station. the staff don’t speak English very well but they are very kind and helpful.

the breakfast is only from 7:30-9:30. It could be longer. even though there hotel is nicely connected to the city by metro, it sometimes takes up to one hour to get to somewhere in the city due to many exchanges.
