Had all the facilities we needed
I had booked a room with 2 beds (booking.com upgrade) but it only had the one, so my son and I ended up sharing. Wall heater didn't work as far as I could tell but used the other heater anyway so was okay

The sheep at the back with their lambs were lovely to watch from the kitchen window. Away from the business of the town center. Lovely layout and clean.
The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, probably at the end of their life.
The hotplate in the kitchen was a bit small to have two pots on there, would have been nice to have a proper 2 plate stove.
We didn't realize that it was so close to the railway, so the noise of the train coming past woke us up through the night.

This is our second time booking with them,, the location is amazing, just out of the main drag but still nice and close, the rooms are large and have everything you need including heaters and a well equipped kitchen. Plus there's either cows or sheep out the back of the building!!
They do offer and breakfast package (we didn't opt for this) . The staff were friendly
The beds weren't very comfortable at all, and the showers were fixed height which didn't work for taller people ( above 5'7) and water pressure was very little which effected the water heating availability
