It was close to a great hotel where we attended a function, also close to a Chinese restaurant, an OTR and a McDonalds for the grandkids breakfast. It is an older motel but was very comfortable and had comfortable seating to relax in. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower.
The different levels of the path outside of the entrance to the room was a bit difficult to negotiate after dark.

The person next to my room 14 was yelling all night and sounded angry nd was storming around the hotel

No sign lit - up outside to enable travellers where it was. Drove up & down looking for the place . finally asked at another motel for where it was . Didn't like the waste of petrol . complained at reception & they looked utterly surprised. Checked that evening & sign still not lit up.
