Location was good. The room was a good size and the new split system was great considering I had no hot water and minimal bed coverings.
I stayed on a very cold day/night and there was no hot water for my shower at night and the bedding was very sparce. I had to keep the heater turned up all night, luckily I was staying alone and could double the bed covers over. There was no extra blankets and the doona was very thin.
There was a very strong smell of bleach and some other strong fragrance when I first got there, I had to open windows to air it out but it was freezing cold. I then tried to close the windows and had to go out side to shove them shut as they wouldn't close.
