Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Nach der Beschwerde über die erste Wohnung wurde unkompliziert eine andere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese wurde dann dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerecht. Zentrale Lage. Donau Center in unmittelbarer Nähe. Altstadt zu Fuß ca 800 Meter

Proximité avec un centre commercial très agréable, proche du centre de Ratisbonne. Cette ville est absolument magnifique.

Parkering på plassen. Stort rom. Enkelt å kommunisere med vert.
Lite bad og tomt for både håndsåpe og dusjsåpe.

Zimmer ausreichend groß, gute Lage, Nachts sehr ruhig trotz geöffneter Fenster, Fahrradraum
Im ganzen Haus riecht es stark parfümiert (Reinigungsmittel? Waschmittel?...
Bettdecken, Kissen und Handtücher ebenfalls sehr stark parfümiert (Wäscheparfum?) Ich hab da Bettdecken auf einen Stuhl im Flur gelegt und in meinem Schlafsack geschlafen.
Toilettenspülung läuft durch und der Spülkasten wird in kurzen Abständen gefüllt.
