Location to Otaru and national parks in this part of Hokkaido. Onsen was lovely
Building was beautiful but a bit dated. Not sure how old the hotel is.

The property was very nice. It was very clean. The staff was helpful. Free parking was a plus
It’s a little further away from where I thought it would be, but my fault I should’ve looked at the map a little more. If you book the restaurants with the dinner, please contact the hotel to give you an idea of what the dinner is so you can make changes. It is a set menu, but you can make a request for dietary changes. I did not know this at the time of booking.
