普通のホテルのつもりで利用しましたが、大きなstudioのアパートホテルで設備が完璧でした。長期間札幌に滞在するなら非常に良い選択肢だと思います。JR駅からは少し歩くので、地下鉄東西線が至近で便利です。

至るところ清潔で、好感度は高かった。劇場に通いたかったので、それも近くでよかった。。周りに飲食店が多数あったので、食べるものには困らなかった。椅子の裏にクッションが貼ってあって、物音がしなくなったのがよかった。
2人で泊まったのに椅子が1つしかなくて追加できればなぁと思った。テーブルや台所にランチョンマットみたいなものがあるとよかった。

Only the fact that it was near a station.
Images made it seem like the room was bigger.
There were 4 of us and we could only sit on our beds as seats. And there weren't much space for us.
There was only one chair in the room due to the space constraints.
Why were the sinks and "table" at one corner?
The closet was in a weird corner that made it hard for others to access due to a bed being near it's area...
