Proximity to sapporo station and many kombinis at the doorstep. Water pressure is great and the public bath is a bonus. They dun provide bottled water but there is a filtered water dispenser at every level!

The location was convenient - close to the station and centre of Sapporo. We could walk everywhere. Being close to the University was good so we could admire the beautiful gardens. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Great location especially if you travel from Sapporo Station, 4 minutes walking distance to the station, which also connects to the major department stores, many shopping and food options.
If you arrive early, there’s free locker service.
Onsen is clean and great to use.
Free coffee and tea at lounge in the afternoon till evening.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is very conveniently situated near the JR station.
The room is kinda small for 3 of us to put our 3 big luggage. It was challenging to open the luggage due to space constraints
