Convenient and comfortable stay near mall
location. walking distance to mall
parking is not within the hotel but at the opposite mall. no direct underground acres to mall hence need to walk in the freezing cold. rooms were big but dated

A Family Trip to Sapporo
Very near the Sapporo Factory Outlet. Accessible to city center and Sapporo Station.
The bed is not comfortable its too low as if the upper mattress was removed and also the pillow its too hard. But other than that the room is clean.

We were in Sapporo for the Snow Festival - it was fabulous. Really loved the snow - something we don
Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Spacious room. Really loved the large Japanese style shower/bath room. Will stay again if we return to Sapporo.
Would have liked some tea and sugar in the room - but not critical - Lawsons and supermarket were close by.

A Memorable Family Trip 2022 Sapporo
Everything was good. The staff, though they speak little English, but our message got through and they are super helpful. The breakfast was exceptionally superb, the corn soup, the pumpkin soup, the miso soup were excrptionally delicious. The spread was sumptious. We are a Muslim family travelling together, and they cater and respect our religion. They prepared a seafood meal for the past 6 days for our breakfast. It was very heartwarming, and we were delighted and touched as we did not expect any special treatment when we were travelling. The room is always clean whenever we come back. Please convey our gratitude to all the staff that had made our stay a memorable one.
I am going to be frank and casual about the location. It's a little far for us. 4 traffic lights away from the Sapporo station. For any casual travellers are, but we are travelling with an elderly of 91 years old on a wheelchair and an infant of 1.5 years old with a stroller. Not forgetting, we have luggage to pull along to our destination. The snow is heavy, and the sidewalk is bumpy. If it is not in the winter season, it will be great and not much hassel to push and pull through the wheelchair and the stroller, but we manage to succumb that. Anyway, it was great experienced and we love the stay. Thank you.

Superb
The hotel is cozy and the staff are nice
I have bad experience from chitose airport to hotel. I took bus and got out at monterey hotel. We must walk on the snow rain about 20 minutes. It was very cold.

A clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price
Our room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the tariff was reasonable.
I did not find breakfast appealing: I would have liked some whole grain cereal, e.g. muesli or oaten porridge, and fruit, in addition to the Japanese food offered. More English language in the room would also have been appreciated, e.g. for controlling the heating/cooling, TV and bidet/toilet etc.
